5. Seller Terms

Seller Registration

To sell on TINYWAY, you must complete the seller registration process and be approved by our team. You must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Product Listings

As a seller, you agree to:

• Price your products fairly and transparently
• Fulfill orders promptly and professionally
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws

Fees and Payments

As a seller, you agree to accurately describe your products, ship items promptly, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to manipulate reviews or ratings

7. Intellectual Property

TINYWAY is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality of items sold by third-party sellers or for disputes between buyers and sellers.

TINYWAY does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by third-party sellers. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of sellers on our platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TINYWAY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in Latvian courts.
