Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned
- Perishable goods cannot be returned
*Free return shipping is available for orders within the Baltic states. International returns may incur shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Log into your account, go to Orders, and select the item you want to return
Print Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your package
Ship Item
Drop off the package at any DPD, Omniva, or post office location
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 days
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
